Sick Child Visits
When your child isn’t feeling their best, you can count on Metropolitan Pediatrics for prompt and compassionate care. Our pediatricians offer same-day appointments for sick visits so your family can get answers and relief without delay.

Vaccinations & Immunizations
Here at Metropolitan Pediatrics, we strictly follow the vaccine schedule recommended by the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). We do not allow alternative vaccine schedules.

Lactation Consultant
Breastfeeding support is available through personalized lactation appointments with a board-certified lactation consultant at Metropolitan Pediatrics. We work with the Breastfeeding Center of Greater Washington.
Sports / Physical
We provide comprehensive physicals for school, sports, and camp participation. Our pediatricians ensure your child is healthy and ready for safe play, including reviewing medical history and addressing any concerns.
Mental Health
Children and teens may face emotional, social, or behavioral challenges. Our pediatric team provides screenings, guidance, and referrals when needed to support your child’s mental health and well-being.
Weight Management
